Site work and paving for a civil project in Chillicothe, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Project work shall consist of but not limited to, Pavement Planing, Excavation, Asphalt, Concrete, Storm Pipe, Catch Basins, Maintaining Traffic, furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment in accordance with the contract documents. In lieu of posting the bond, a bidder may use a Cashiers Check, Certified Check or Letter of Credit for ten percent of the Contractors bid as bid security. When a check or letter of credit is used, the bidder shall be required to post a 100 percent Performance Bond and a 100 percent Labor and Material Payment Bond, upon the signing of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and the right to accept the lowest and best bid, the right to waiver minor irregularities on any bid, and the right to accept the bid proposal which promotes the best interest of the Owner.
