New construction, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Chillicothe, Ohio. Working plans call for the renovation of a 6,725-square-foot educational facility; for the construction of a 4,000-square-foot educational facility; and for the addition of a 23,000-square-foot educational facility.
The Pickaway-Ross Joint Vocational School District Board of Education is accepting qualifications from design professionals to provide services for its Health & Public Safety Renovations and Expansion Project. This Project is anticipated to include the following: 1. 23,000 SF addition to the Main School for the Health Science Program and additional Support Staff Offices. 2. 6,725 SF Public Safety Program Renovation at the North Building. 3. New 4,000 SF vehicle storage garage. 4. Roof replacements at the Main School, North Building, and Maintenance Building. 5. Asphalt and concrete repairs at various locations. 6. Miscellaneous mechanical/electrical upgrades. As of February 5, 2026, per owner, a design team and construction manager have been identified.
