The project involves the construction of a 2.08 million SF, 895 bed facility focused on the expansion of the Chandler Patient Care Facility. The building will provide additional inpatient beds and clinical support services. General services for the location include adult and pediatric inpatient rooms, observation spaces, operating rooms, minor procedures, diagnostic services, imaging services, pharmacy, retail, lab, administration, support, and meeting spaces. Trade categories available for bidding under ESP 3.1 are: General Trades, Plumbing & Mechanical, and Electrical. Future bid opportunities will be available for other packages associated with this project. The RFI cut-off date is 3:00 pm (EST) on 4/14/2026.
