The University will contract for per diem services with firms representing the following disciplines: Architect, Landscape Architect, Interior Design, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Survey Services, Commissioning, BIM & 3D Modeling, Special Inspections, Structural Engineering, Geo-Technical Engineering, and Environmental Engineering. Consulting firms may submit a letter of interest and an updated SF 330 for each discipline for which they can offer professional services. Documents should be submitted electronically in pdf format, with the "Professional Requirement" listed behind the business name in the "Firm Name" field. No paper copies will be accepted. Each contract will have a yearly maximum of $300,000, and individual per diem assignments may not exceed $150,000. Contracts are biennial and for "as-needed" services. Procurement of architectural and engineering services will be per Kentucky Revised Statute.
