Description

Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Lexington, Kentucky. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a educational facility.

The Division of Capital Project Management is seeking professional design services for a proposed Capital Construction Project. Consulting firms are invited to submit proposals for providing these professional services in connection with the listed project. Proposals must be received by 3:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) on the specified date. Procurement of architectural and engineering services will follow applicable Kentucky Revised Statutes. Firms should refer to the provided Submittal Guidelines to ensure all required materials are included in their proposal submissions.
