Site work and paving for a road / highway in Fairmount City, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Sealed proposals are requested for the following work: Item 1 - 77.014 S.Y. single asphalt seal coat, in place; Item 2 - 6.615 S.Y. double asphalt seal coat, in place. The project must be completed by 9/15/2026. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $885.00 per calendar day after this date. Proposals must be submitted using forms supplied by the municipality. Bids for third class cities must include a certified check or bid bond equal to 10% of the bid, payable to the municipality. For other municipal types, this requirement is at the discretion of the municipality. The successful bidder must provide a performance bond or certified check for 100% of the contract within 20 days of award. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
