Santa Cruz County is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from contractors qualified to perform a variety of Public Works Construction, Maintenance, and Rehabilitation Services required on an as-needed basis throughout Santa Cruz County. Question Deadline 05/12/2026 at 5:00 PM MT Any question must be emailed to Chris Young, Deputy County Manager, at CYoung@santacruzcountyaz.gov. Santa Cruz County reserves the right to reject any and all Statements of Qualification or to withhold the award for any reason. The intent of this solicitation is to award a shared, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity Job Order Master Agreement in the annual amount ranging from $500,000 to $1,00,000 with three (3) or more qualified Contractors. The initial term of the Job Order Master Agreement (MA) will be one year from the date of award by the Board of Supervisors. The Agreement will include an option to renew for up to four (4) additional one-year terms. There is no minimum guarantee of work or that the renewal options will be exercised. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
