NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Orange County, Florida, henceforth referred to as the County is accepting sealed offers for Debris Removal from County Right of Ways or County Interest Areas. The question and answer module of OpenGov IS being utilized for this solicitation. Timely questions concerning this solicitation shall be submitted in accordance with the deadline for questions: Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 5:00 pm EST. Respondents are instructed not to contact the initiating division directly. Untimely questions are unable to be submitted in the question and answer module, thereafter respondents raising critical concerns must email kaitlin.kolhoff@ocfl.net. Critical clarifications may be made via addenda, however, untimely questions may not be considered. The Contract resulting from this solicitation shall commence effective upon execution by both parties and extend for a period of twelve (12) months. The contract shall include the County's option to extend for two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods, totaling thirty-six (36) months.
