A detailed scope has not yet been determined : Project is in Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) capital budget fy 2025 -2030 CIP page no : 2 ____________________________________________________________________________________ The Aviation Authority is seeking a qualified Program Management and Construction Management (PMCM) Services Consultant to manage and oversee the Airside 2 Wing Expansion Program at Orlando International Airport. The scope includes comprehensive design and construction program management of assigned programs and projects, proactive identification and resolution of issues affecting operations, schedules, budgets, and risks, as well as advisory support for best practices. Services include program management, stakeholder and operations coordination, design management, construction management, contracts management, and other duties as required. The program involves the delivery of up to nine additional aircraft gates, relocation of existing gates, and the associated infrastructure improvements such as apron reconstruction, taxiway modifications, lighting, drainage, fueling systems, and facilities for ground service equipment. The PMCM team will work closely with Aviation Authority staff and other stakeholders as part of an Integrated Program Team, and must have experience with airport projects of similar scope and complexity, including alternative construction delivery methods. Instructions to bidders include submitting a response through the designated electronic e-Procurement Platform, providing all requested documentation, certifications, and narrative responses as specified, and ensuring all files are in PDF format. Responses must demonstrate compliance with all minimum requirements and include detail on qualifications, staffing, program approach, and experience. Late submissions and submissions by email, hard copy, or fax will not be accepted. Only one response per Respondent is allowed. Respondents should address all items in the Vendor Questionnaire and not include links or images in narrative fields, as these will not be reviewed. All communications regarding the solicitation must occur via the e-Procurement Platform. Respondents must also meet insurance and business requirements and demonstrate good faith efforts regarding small and disadvantaged business participation if applicable.
