Site work for a water / sewer project in Arnold, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes over 2.5 miles of gravity sewer replacement and upsize along three of the District's trunk sewers. Portions of sewer are required to be installed with trenchless construction. The Black Creek Trunk Sewer involves construction of approximately 11,000 feet of 12 to 24-inch sewer including 75 new manholes. The Miller Road Sewer involves construction of approximately 1,800 feet of 15-inch sewer and 15 new manholes. The Elm Drive Sewer involves construction of approximately 1,300 feet of 12-inch sewer and 12 new manholes. Bidders are instructed that Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website upon payment of a non-refundable fee, and are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from another source. All official notifications, addenda, and Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website, and neither the Owner nor Engineer is responsible for documents obtained elsewhere. Bidder is encouraged to visit the Site and conduct a thorough visual examination of the Site and adjacent areas. Bidder shall conduct visit during normal working hours and shall not disturb any ongoing operations at the Site.
