Site work for a development in Proctor, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a development.

The project includes a Base Bid for approximately 1,600 feet of stream channel restoration on mainstem Kingsbury Creek, involving channel excavation and re-alignment, temporary stream diversion, wood and rock structure installation, floodplain grading and revegetation, and replacement of a Kingsbury Creek tributary culvert. An Add Alternate Bid includes approximately 1,200 feet of stream channel restoration on mainstem Kingsbury Creek, including channel excavation and re-alignment, temporary stream diversion, wood and rock structure installation, floodplain grading, and revegetation. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract on a Unit Price basis. Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bonds and Prevailing Wages apply. The provisions of Minn. Stat. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor apply. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after bid opening without written consent of the Funding Agency. The Funding Agency reserves the right to delay award until all required state and federal permits are obtained and to reject all bids submitted. Site Directions: The Project is located in the City of Proctor, near Pionk Drive, west of the Proctor Municipal Golf Course. Extents are from just downstream of the railroad grade and culvert to just downstream of the tributary confluence south of the public baseball field, at the southwest corner of the Proctor Municipal Golf Course. Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bonds and Prevailing Wages apply to this Project. In addition, the provisions of Minn. Stat. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor also apply - all bidders submitting a Bid shall comply with the provisions of the statute. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract and shall be on a Unit Price basis. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid.
