Renovation of a parking garage in Proctor, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
The City of Proctor, Minnesota will receive bids for PUC and Street Garage subject to terms and conditions contained in Bidding Documents prepared by Short Elliott Hendrickson, Inc. A. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Architect in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Architect in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda to all parties who are known to have received a complete set of Bidding Documents. Copies of Addenda will be made available for inspection wherever Bidding Documents are on file for that purpose. B. Questions received less than 10 days prior to the date for opening of bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. Bidders will be required to provide a bid bond or certified check in the amount. of five percent (5%) of bid amount. The successful Bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment. Bonds of 100 percent of bid amount. This Work shall be subject to minimum wages and labor standards in accordance with Minnesota Prevailing Wages. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in bids or bidding.
