Repair or alter office buildings by replacing the floor on the CEP 200 as specified in the solicitation and statement of work. Project Description and Purpose: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and management to replace flooring material in two offices and warehouse areas (see attachment 1) at 9170 2nd St, Norfolk VA, 23511. Pre-Proposal Meeting: A pre-proposal site meeting shall be held if requested by the Contractor prior to the award of this task order. The contractor shall coordinate the date and time with the Contracting Officer. Period of Performance From 04 May 2026 To 05 Jun 2026
