The City of Norfolk Department of Public Works is seeking proposals from qualified professional architectural firms to provide services on an as-required basis for an annual, renewable, indefinite quantity contract. The work will provide Architectural and Interior Design services on various City projects. The primary focus of this contract will be to develop architectural and engineering plans arising from concepts developed through the City's urban planning and economic development initiatives. Experience in renovations of existing buildings as well as in the use of historic tax credits is desired. Question Deadline 05/15/2026 at 4:00 PM ET Any RFI submitted after this date cannot be guaranteed a response by the City. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
