Reference Number 0000421898 Question Deadline 05/13/2026 at 4:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No The work generally consists of construction of a new Parshall flume and parallel interceptor at the LTCWRF facility, including but not limited to: o Miscellaneous demolition. o Construction of a concrete Parshall flume structure with radar instrument flow measurement capability. o Installation of 42-inch PVC sanitary sewer piping. o Installation of sanitary sewer manholes. o Bypass pumping of plant influent flow. o Installation of a shed with an electrical outlet for relocating an existing auto sampler. o SCADA programming. o Other miscellaneous items for a complete and usable Parshall flume. o Testing, startup, commissioning, and operator training Only contractors determined by ACWWA to be prequalified through this process will be invited to submit bids when the Invitation to Bid (ITB) is issued.
