Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Centennial, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Well A-30 was drilled as a replacement for Well A-15, which will be decommissioned. The project involves equipping Well A-30, with mechanical, electrical, and chemical systems to be housed inside a modular prefabricated building. The scope includes installation of yard piping and a gravel access drive from a new access gate to the building, with accommodations for chemical delivery and maintenance personnel. The project is to be constructed on property where ECCV has an easement. Contractor input is sought during the design process to accelerate the schedule, with the expectation that all parties--engineers, contractor, and district staff--will work together efficiently and collaboratively. Carollo Engineers will serve as engineer of record for electrical and instrumentation, and Kennedy Jenks will be engineer of record for other disciplines and overall project management. Proposals must include a letter from the proposer's bonding company confirming the ability to bond the project at $5 million for a single project.
