Reference Number 0000422013 Source ID PU.AG.USA.1243.C17365351 Piggyback Contract No Other 05/08/2026 10:30 AM EDT General Requirements - Insurance Required Colorado Springs Utilities is requesting proposals from qualified suppliers with demonstrated experience and expertise in conventional water treatment process evaluation, condition assessment, and alternatives development. Proposals are to provide engineering services for the development of a comprehensive Upgrades Program for the McCullough Complex which includes both the Pine Valley and McCullough Water Treatment Plants. The work will be documented in the Pine Valley and McCullough Water Treatment Plants Facility Plan Update Report. Limit attendees to no more than two per company. Updated Base Access: All attendees shall be subject to a background investigation conducted by the Department of Defense. Attendance is limited solely to individuals who are United States citizens and who are reasonably expected to meet all applicable background investigation requirements. Background Checks: All individuals will undergo a mandatory criminal background check. Access may be denied for those with a history of felonies, outstanding warrants, or significant criminal activity. Expect extended wait times. Attendees are required to have PPE: hardhat, safety boots, glasses, and vests. After security clearance, attendees will be escorted to the pre-proposal meeting which is anticipated to start at 10:00 AM with a site visit following the meeting which is expected to go until noon.
