Emergency cleaning and restoration services are required at Fort Leavenworth to address incidents that fall outside the scope of the existing custodial services contract. The contractor shall provide specialized, on-call emergency services to support installation facilities, including but not limited to water leak cleanup, mold remediation, animal dropping removal, discharged fire suppression system cleanup, above-ceiling cleaning, fire damage cleaning, crime scene cleaning, and other emergency cleaning, debris removal, and restoration services as directed. Work shall be performed in response to emergency conditions and other associated requirements as ordered by the Contracting Officer, DPW Ordering Officer, or Alternate Ordering Officer, and shall comply with all applicable facility access, safeguarding, and labor requirements. The anticipated contract type is firm-fixed price, structured as a Blanket Purchase Agreement with task orders issued over an estimated five-year period, with services performed by labor categories subject to the Service Contract Act or applicable collective bargaining agreements.
