The work consists of furnishing all labor, plant, equipment, and materials necessary to repair the Grant Pool to achieve a complete and fully functional facility. Major tasks include replacing the existing pool supply and return plumbing with a new overflow gutter system and sealing all existing penetrations to restore watertight integrity. The project also involves replacing damaged electrical conduits and wiring beneath the deck, installing new conduits, conductors, CPVC piping, and chemical house conduit as required, and upgrading electrical systems including relocation of the main panel and pump motor disconnect. Additional work includes installing a new in-ground horizontal filtration system, chemical house exhaust fan, slide water supply line, pool deck drains, and performing required grounding and bonding. The contractor will also repair telecom lines, replace pool fencing, underwater lighting, bathhouse windowpanes, storage room doors, building gutters, and bathhouse tile, and install a trench drain in the mechanical yard. A new exposed aggregate pool liner will be installed upon completion of structural, gutter, and penetration repairs.
