The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials and performing all work required to repair and upgrade the Grant Pool at Fort Leavenworth. Work includes replacing the existing pool supply and return plumbing with a new overflow gutter system and sealing legacy penetrations to restore watertight integrity. Additional efforts include replacement of damaged electrical conduits and wiring beneath the deck, installation of new conduits, conductors, CPVC piping, and chemical house conduit, and replacement of existing sand filters with a new in-ground horizontal filtration system. The project also requires installation of a new chemical house exhaust fan, upgrades to electrical systems including replacement and relocation of the main panel and pool pump motor disconnect, and installation of a new slide water supply line. Further work includes repairing the telecom line, replacing pool deck drains, and completing required grounding and bonding of pool components. The scope also involves replacement of pool fencing, underwater lights, bathhouse windowpanes, storage room doors, and building gutters, along with repairs to bathhouse tiles and installation of a new trench drain in the mechanical yard. A new exposed aggregate pool liner will be installed after completion of structural, gutter, and penetration repairs. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the drawings and specifications and requires a contractor experienced in managing multiple construction tasks and coordinating various trades.
