Renovation of a mixed-use development in Ekalaka, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility; municipal facility; and warehouse / distribution facility.
The scope of work includes replacing the roofs of the following buildings that were damaged by high winds and hail: Warehouse 1 and Warehouse 2 at 50 Hwy 323, Ekalaka, MT; Carter County Event Center at 209 W Speelmon St, Ekalaka, MT; and the Cupula at Carter County Courthouse, 214 Park Street, Ekalaka, MT 59324. The work involves removing and replacing the roof materials with equal or greater quality materials. The qualified bidder is responsible for removing and discarding materials from each site. All bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the work to be performed. This includes having a proper Independent Contractor’s License and Workers’ Compensation Insurance. Carter County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
