Carter County Is Accepting Sealed Bids for the Removal and Replacement Of The Sidewalk to the Main Entry and Ada Entry to the Carter County Courthouse Located at 214 Park Street in Ekalaka, Montana. Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Remove the Existing Sidewalk to the Main Entry and the Described Concreted Area Around the Flag Pole to the Ada and Public Safety Entry. All Bidders Must Be Properly Licensed Under the Laws Governing Their Respective Trades and Be Able to Obtain Insurance and Bonds Required for the Work To Be Performed. This Includes Proper Independent Contractor's License, Worker's Compensation Insurance.
