Valley School District RE-1 is committed to maintaining and enhancing the physical learning environments for the students and staff in Sterling and Iliff, Colorado. Our facilities team oversees the district's comprehensive footprint, including all elementary, middle, and high school buildings, as well as administrative offices and athletic complexes throughout Sterling and the surrounding area. RE-1 Valley School District is seeking qualified Design-Build teams to partner with the District on a potential large-scale facilities improvement project, supported by a voter-approved bond and contingent upon the award of a BEST Grant Project Overview This project is focused on maintaining and enhancing learning environments across the districts schools in Sterling and Iliff. Planned improvements may include: HVAC and building control system upgrades Safety enhancements, including secure entry vestibules Athletic field and stadium improvements Additional site and infrastructure upgrades
