Description

HPHA seeks to obtain a plumbing contractor able to provide routine service work, preventative maintenance, equipment replacement, small and extensive projects, and emergency repairs. This work will include general plumbing fixture repairs, replacement, and refurbishment; backflow preventer testing and repair/replacement; winterizations/de-winterization of plumbing systems at identified locations. The contractor must be able to respond to after-hours emergency repairs 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. Routine maintenance and testing will be completed on a schedule negotiated between the successful contractor and HPHA, and HPHA will complete Work Order requests for routine and non-routine services.
