The City of Columbus is seeking quotes for public improvements for Fire Station #1, specifically for masonry repairs. Quotes must be submitted electronically through Ion Wave Technologies. Mailed, emailed, faxed, hand delivered, or late responses will not be accepted. The signed Quote Form will serve as the contract. Bidders are required to submit a fully executed Comprehensive Compliance Form and a Certificate of Liability Insurance with their quote. Insurance coverage must be at least $300,000 for any one person and at least $1,000,000 for any one accident. All work must be completed by July 31, 2026, with a penalty of $100 per calendar day for late completion, excluding weekends and holidays.
