REPLACEMENT OF 600 FT OF WATER MAIN ALONG THE NORTH DITCH OF W 6TH ST, INSTALLATION OF 400 FT NEW WATER MAIN ALONG THE WEST DITCH OF WHITEWATER HWY BETWEEN W 5TH ST AND W 4TH ST, AND CONSTRUCTION OF NEW WATER MAIN LOOP FROM BRUBAKER DR TO RICHLAND AVE. SANITARY AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS CONSIST OF PARTIAL REPLACEMENT ON W 5TH ST, FULL REPLACEMENT ALONG WABASHA AVE, STORM SEWER REPLACEMENT FROM NORTH OF INTERSECTION OF W 3RD ST AND WABASHA AVE TO THE STORM OUTLET AT THE WHITEWATER RIVER, REPLACEMENT OF THE SANITARY MANHOLE AT W 3RD ST AND ST.CHARLES AVE, INSTALLATION OF A NEW SANITARY MANHOLE WITH PARTIAL SANITARY REPLACEMENT ON RICHLAND AVE APPROX. 100 FT SOUTH OF NORTHERN HILLS TRAIL. The method of construction shall be by Contract and all work is to be done in strict compliance with plans and specifications prepared by WHKS & Co., 2905 South Broadway, Rochester, Minnesota 55904 which have heretofore been approved by the City Council and are now on file for public examination in the office of the City Administrator. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to WHKS & Co., 2905 S. Broadway, Rochester, MN 55904 and to be given consideration must be received at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids.
