Estimated Range of the Base Bid - $168,730,400.06 to $204,154,461.95, not including contingency and dedicated allowances. Project Duration: 1,131 Calendar Days to Substantial Completion, 1,191 Calendar Days to Final Completion, plus a 119 Calendar Day Contingency Period.
