The City of Redwood City is solicitating bids for the Griffin - Bechet Synthetic Turf Field Project. The work of this project consists generally of: without limitation, removal and legal disposal of existing synthetic turf surfacing and infill; salvage, stockpile, and reinstallation of existing drainage/shock pad; and, installation of new synthetic turf, infill, high-wear, Velcro replacement panels, and field striping. Contract Documents fully describe the Work. Work shall be completed within 50 Days from the date when Contract Time commences to run. Joint ventures must secure a joint venture license prior to award of this Contract. Turf installation requires a D-12 specialty contractor's license, held by Bidder or a listed subcontractor. Bidders must direct all questions about the meaning or intent of Bidding Documents to City in writing. City may not answer questions received less than 7 Calendar Days prior to the date for opening Bids. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
