Sealed bids will be received for the Centreville Lagoon Expansion Project, Contract No. 4068a002. The project consists of the construction of a 40-million gallon storage lagoon, a geosynthetic clay liner, associated piping, and other miscellaneous related work as indicated in the contract documents. The work includes furnishing all equipment, material, and labor for the work described in the contract document drawings and specifications. Interested bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality or irregularity in bids received, and to accept or reject any items of any bid.
