REQUEST for QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) for the Architectural and Engineering Services of Centreville Middle School Replacement. Architectural and engineering firms interested in this project are required to attend a Pre-Proposal Meeting. Consultants may attend the meeting but their attendance is not required; however, the prime architectural firm's attendance is mandatory in order to be considered further in the selection process. facilities@qacps.org for questions - please see attachment. QACPS will evaluate the architectural design firm’s pre-qualification submission and provide notification via electronic mail identifying each firm’s pre-qualification status on or before Thursday, 07 May 2026. All RFQ questions or request for clarification shall be directed via electronic mail to facilities@qacps.org, with the subject line ". Questions and clarifications shall be submitted no later than 4:00 pm on Thursday, 21 May 2026 and will be responded to in addenda form. Method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
