Site work and paving for a civil project in Locust Grove, Georgia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

This project involves the collection of survey data, roadway design, right-of-way, drainage design and all other work necessary to produce a complete final set of plans suitable for use by a contractor for the construction of the reconstruction of the intersection of Tanger Boulevard and Indian Creek Road. The preferred design would be a roundabout shown in a previous ICE analysis to replace the current 4-way stop. The project shall examine and design a replacement for the existing 4-way stop condition. The consultant shall gather all necessary information to perform conceptual design, preliminary plan, and final plan documents necessary for carrying out the final construction of the project.
