Description Part 1 Green Mill Rd: (40.154826, -82.710257 To 40.169304, -82.709174) 5290' X 17' (avg. width) Part 2 Harmony Church Rd: (40.19306546845917, -82.66019233107973 To 40.19295985691188, -82.65803754697734) 600' X 16' (avg. width) SCOPE: Apply Trackless Tack Coat at .075 Gal per SY. 1" Asphalt Concrete intermediate leveling course, Type 1 (448), PG64-22 using a conversion rate at 2 Tons Per Cubic Yard. 1" Asphalt Concrete surface course, Type 1 (448), PG64-22 using a conversion rate at 2 Tons Per Cubic Yard. Berm with 2" X 1' of Compacted Aggregate using a conversion rate of 2 Tons per Cubic Yard. An extra 5% has been added to the quantity for leveling, Intersections, and Driveways. Maintain traffic at all times. This is a road resurfacing project involving asphalt concrete overlay on two roads totaling approximately 5,900 linear feet. Work includes tack coat application, intermediate and surface course asphalt, and aggregate berming. May require prevailing wage compliance and traffic maintenance capabilities.
