The Kent County Purchasing Division on behalf of the City of Grandville is soliciting bids for East End Gateway Project located at 3830 Chicago Drive SW, Grandville, MI. This project includes creating a community green space and completing safety improvements at the intersection of Otawa Avenue, Crystal Street, and Chicago Drive. The community green space includes new sidewalk, benches, trash and recycling receptacles, seat wall, bike rack, dumpster enclosure, and bollard lighting. Safety improvements include curb reconstruction and associated drainage improvements, street resurfacing, Chicago Drive in each direction. The allowable on-site construction period for this project starts September 8, 2026 with desired final completion on or before October 30, 2026.
