Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Canby, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The scope of work includes curb-tight grinding along existing curbs followed by an asphalt concrete pavement (ACP) overlay, as well as thermoplastic striping and installation of new pavement legends. The project also includes reconstruction of ADA ramps to bring existing pedestrian crossings into compliance with current ADA standards. The total estimated project cost is $900,000. Notice to Proceed will be issued after July 1, 2026. Questions received less than three days prior to the date for the opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
