The City of Morgan Hill is seeking qualified firms to submit a statement of interest and qualifications demonstrating the ability to provide transportation and traffic engineering services for Capital Improvement and Land Development Projects on an on-call basis for the Public Services Department. The initial contract term will be for two years (Fiscal Years 2026-27 and FY 2027-28) and may be extended. The City is interested in generating a list of qualified firms to draw from as needed. All inquiries regarding this RFQ should be directed to Yat Cho, Senior Project Manager, via email at yat.cho@morganhill.ca.gov no later than 5:00 PM on May 11, 2026. The Citys response to questions and Citys revisions to any part of this RFQ will be issued in the form of an Addendum to this RFQ and will be posted on the Public Purchase website no later than May 14, 2026. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
