The Trustees of the California State University will receive sealed bid proposals via email for furnishing all labor and materials for a single Job Order Contract (JOC) at the designated campus. A single Job Order Contract is a competitively bid, firm fixed priced, indefinite quantity contract. The scope of work includes a collection of detailed repair and construction tasks and specifications with established unit prices. The contract covers repair, alteration, modernization, maintenance, rehabilitation, demolition, and construction of infrastructure, buildings, structures, or other real property. The contractor is responsible for providing all management, documentation, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the work. The JOC will have a minimum contract value of $0.00 and a maximum value of $500,000, with an option to increase up to the State Maximum of $3,000,000. The contract term is twelve months unless the maximum value is reached earlier. There is no minimum value for individual scopes of work (job orders) issued under this contract. Proposals will be accepted by email until the specified deadline, at which time proposals will be publicly opened and read.
