Sealed bids for Forest Road Corridor Improvements will be received by the Village of Kiryas Joel. The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans and Specifications and related Contract Documents may be examined at specified locations. An electronic copy of the documents may be obtained from Laberge Group by submitting a request with complete firm name, contact person, phone number, and email address. Only bidders who have requested and received documents directly from Laberge Group are eligible to bid; others will have their bids returned unopened. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Village Offices. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids. Each bidder must include security with their bid, as detailed in the Information for Bidders. Bidders must comply with employment conditions, minimum wage rates, and New York State Labor Law Section 220-i. Minority and Women's Business Enterprises are strongly encouraged to apply. No bidder may withdraw their bid within forty-five days after the opening date.
