Demolition, site work and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Bay Harbor Islands, Florida. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel.
The Town of Bay Harbor Islands ("Town") is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified, experienced, and properly licensed professional engineering consulting firms to provide comprehensive design and construction-support services for the replacement of two existing bridges as part of the Town's Bridge Replacement Program: FM 453019-1-38-01 NE 96th Street over Bay Harbor Waterway Bridge and FM 453040-1-38-01 Kane Concourse (SR 922) over Indian Creek Bridge. The selected Consultant shall furnish all expertise, personnel, and resources necessary to perform professional services for the planning, design, permitting, bidding, and construction phases of both bridge replacement projects, in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations.
