Informal bids are requested for an 8 x 20 pedestrian bridge to be installed at Cassidy Park, Thomasville, GA. The City of Thomasville reserves the right to seek new bids, accept or reject any or all bids (in part or in whole), waive minor irregularities, technicalities, and/or informalities, and award a contract either in part or as a whole as deemed to be in the Citys best interest. The lowest bid will not necessarily be considered the best bid, and the City may select the bid deemed best for its interests. If no acceptable bid is received, the City also reserves the right to re-bid at its sole discretion. Bid pricing should remain effective for sixty days after the bid opening.
