You are invited to submit a sealed bid for providing resurfacing of the following roads: Ozell Rd, Carter Rd, Hidden Acres Dr, Cherokee Cir, Rena Ridge, Duren Dr, S Duren Dr, Twin Acres Dr, Forrest Manor, Cassidy Rd Ext, Cassidy Rd, Palmer Rd, E Marshall St, and City of Meigs, County Line Rd for the Thomas County Board of Commissioners. General conditions, standard instructions, bid specification, and bid form are provided. Any variation from the given specifications should be noted on the bid form with an explanation attached. Bids must be marked with the bidder's name and address, labeled "Bid for 2026 Resurfacing," and mailed or delivered to the provided address no later than 2:00 p.m. local time on Friday, May 21, 2026.
