You are invited to submit a sealed bid for providing Concrete Drainage Pipe and Precast Structure for the Thomas County Board of Commissioners. Variation from the given specifications should be noted on the bid form with an explanation of said variation(s) attached. Bids are to be marked with the bidder's name and address and labeled: "Bid for Concrete Drainage Pipe and Precast Structure" and mailed or delivered to the specified address. Class III , concrete reinforced 2 . Must be a State Department of Transportation approved pipe 3 . 4 . Rubber gaskets and the lubricant must be included in the price per foot Lifting hole at the balance point for each pipe is required . If your company does not have this capability , please state below . 56 Pipe shall be 8 -foot sections All pipes shall be ordered by truck load quantities and shall be F.O.B.
