All equipment, labor, and materials necessary to install new and improve existing pavement markings on approximately 77 miles of various county roads. Bidders are required to be pre-qualified with the Ohio Department of Transportation to submit a bid for this project. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor. Contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123 is required. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Jackson County as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Bureau of Wage and Hour Administration. Proposals must contain the name and address of every person interested therein and be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of bid; or a certified check or cashier's check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid as guaranty.
