SEALCOATING: CONTRACTOR shall perform the following services: o Clean entire project area with power blowers and hand brooms. o Barricade area where work will be taken place o Oil Spots - Seal with Oil Spot Primer. o Spray two (2) coats of Pavement Sealant Material to manufacture and federal standards, with three (3) pounds of silica sand per gallon, and two percent (2%) polymer additive and applied at the rate of one-eights (1/8) of a gallon per square yard. 1.2. RESTRIPING: CONTRACTOR shall perform the following services: o Restripe the parking lot area, curbs and bollards as per the existing layout using Department of Transportation (DOT) approved latex paint. o All car stops shall be painted in yellow latex paint and to be re-stenciled to match existing. o Replace all stops. o All curbs and bollards shall be painted in yellow or red latex paint. o Stripe the parking area after the sealcoating material has cured.
