Site work for a civil project in Falconer, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Bids are requested for the construction of the Fluvanna Water Service Area Extension Project and Fluvanna Sanitary Sewer Service Area Extension Project. The work includes the installation of water main, valves, hydrants, water services, and other water-related improvements. It also includes the installation of sanitary sewer main, pump stations, sewer laterals, and other sewer-related improvements. Each bid must be submitted on the prescribed Bid Form and accompanied by bid security. All bids shall be binding for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities therein. Bidders shall not include sales and compensating use taxes on the cost of materials; exemption certificates will be executed upon request. For further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents. Only written Requests for Information (RFI) will be accepted. All bidders must acknowledge and comply with federal requirements and provisions for construction contracts, including applicable acts and programs as stated.
