Sealed bids are requested for the purchase and installation costs of two Non-SF6 gas Live-Tank Breakers (Circuit Switchers) or Dead-Tank Circuit Breakers for the Dow St Substation. Furnish and Deliver two (2) Power Circuit Breaker rated, at minimum, for 123KV, 1200-amperes, 550KV BIL, in accordance with Section 5.10. B. Field assembly and field testing (commissioning) of each of the power circuit breakers to make ready for service. BPU personnel may be available to assist as part of item C below.
