Renovation of a medical facility in Bethany, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,780-square-foot medical facility.
The scope of work involves the renovation and expansion of the existing Harrison County Health Department facility located on Bethany Avenue in Bethany, Missouri. The selected Construction Manager must provide expertise, resources, and personnel experienced in project planning, cost management, project control, preconstruction and construction techniques, value engineering analysis, scheduling, and quality assurance throughout all phases of planning and construction. Interested parties are required to submit ten physical copies and an electronic copy of their corporate qualifications by the specified deadline. Any questions must be received in writing by Courtney Cross, Administrator (Courtney.Cross@lpha.mo.gov), no later than May 1st at 5:00 PM The Harrison County Health Department is developing preliminary concepts for a renovation and expansion of the existing Facility located at 1700 Bethany Avenue in Bethany, Missouri. The 2,780 square foot renovation and 1,296 square foot addition will give the Department additional office space, medical exam space, kitchen/break room and a meeting and training space. The Health Department has contracted the architectural firm of Goldberg Group Architects, LLC (GGA) to provide the design services. One bidder, $ value not released for publication.
