The proposed base bid work consists of approximately 0.38 miles of new 5 wide and 6 wide sidewalks with one crosswalk with curb ramps with truncated domes, and other required appurtenances. The proposed work for Add Alternate #1 includes an additional 0.09 miles of new 5 wide sidewalk. The proposed work for Add Alternate #2 includes the widening of the 6 wide sidewalk to 8 wide. All bidders must be on MoDOTs Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction 2026, July 2026 including all revisions. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
