Site work, new construction and addition to a mixed-use development in Bethany, Missouri. Working plans call for the addition of a fire / police facility; for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

The Project consists of the construction of a new wood framed office building for the police and fire departments with concrete slab on grade and footings, corrugated metal siding, metal roof, roof gutters and down spouts, roof water piping, insulated walls and ceilings, sheet rock on office walls & ceilings, corrugated metal on the garage walls & ceilings, LED lighting, electrical plumbing, HVAC, etc. The Site of the Work includes property, easements, and designated work areas described in greater detail in the Contract Documents but generally located at the NW corner of Beekman Street and South 12th Street
