Project No: A1354-01 is for Roof and Skylight Replacement at the New Jersey Legislative Staff Building South Addition, Trenton, Mercer County, NJ. The project must be bid as a single bid (lump sum all trades). Bidders must be classified with DPMC in General Construction (C008) or General Construction/Alterations & Additions (C009), and must either have classification or name subcontractors classified in Roofing - Membrane Modified Bitumen (C068). Failure to list all required DPMC classified subcontractors will render the bid non-responsive. Only bidders who attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will have bids accepted.
