The City of Newnan is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms or organizations to provide consultant services for Newnan Crossing Boulevard East from SR 34 to Big Poplar Road. The process is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) that aims to identify potential providers for the scope of services detailed in Exhibit I. Firms responding to this RFQ and determined to be sufficiently qualified may be eligible and invited to offer a technical approach and/or participate in further presentation or interview stages. All respondents must carefully review and follow the instructions detailed in the RFQ. GDOT reserves the right to reject any or all submissions or waive technicalities and informalities at its discretion. Respondents must be pre-qualified with the Georgia Department of Transportation.
