Renovation of a multi-residential development in Burlington, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Please reach out to Claudia Marken (cmarken@skagitcountyha.org) to request a site review if you are interested in submitting a bid. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for installation of a replacement HVAC system, including but not limited to equipment installation, ductwork, controls integration, testing, and commissioning, in accordance with the project plans and specifications. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “SEALED BID – RTU HVAC PROJECT” and will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately following the bid opening time. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid deposit of five percent (5%) of the total bid. This project is subject to Chapter 39.12 RCW Prevailing Wages. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
